Mochi Moon Terms of Use

By downloading or using Mochi Moon ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What Mochi Moon is (and isn't)
Mochi Moon helps you track your menstrual cycle, understand your patterns and, if you choose, share insights with a partner. It offers general wellness information only. - It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. - It is not a form of birth control. Fertile-window estimates are predictions and can be wrong, especially with irregular cycles. - Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns, and seek emergency care when needed.
2. Your account and partner sharing
You're responsible for what you log and what you choose to share. Partner sharing happens only after you send an invite, and only with the person you invite. You can pause or disconnect sharing at any time. Please only invite someone you trust. If you're in an unsafe or controlling relationship, don't use partner sharing.
3. Mochi Moon Plus (subscriptions)
- Mochi Moon Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- A subscription bought by either partner unlocks Plus for both connected partners while it's active.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it to harass anyone.
5. Content and intellectual property
The app, its art, characters and content belong to the developer. You keep ownership of the data you enter.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for decisions made based on the app's predictions or content, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
7. Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
