Only what she chooses to share, for example her current phase explained in plain language, what tends to help, daily quests from her check-in, sweet text ideas, rough-day alerts and a period heads-up.
Do I need her password or her phone?
No. She sends you an invite from her app. Sharing works through her own private iCloud, and she can pause or disconnect anytime.
Does it work for any couple?
Yes. Mochi Moon works for partners of any gender.
Will it tell me why she's upset?
No, and it shouldn't. Cycles are one factor among many, and everyone is different. Mochi Moon helps you notice patterns and show up with care. Never blame someone's feelings on their period.
